• Adding, updating or deleting a subscriber can be easily performed from within the application.
  
• A built-in import/export function offers a quick method to populate your updates to an entire mailing list using an excel spreadsheet.
• Automatic synchronization with your HR or email system databases can also be implemented and scheduled to perform on a regular basis.

There are no limits to the number of mailing lists, subscribers, user-defined demographic fields you can store in EmailOpen. Invalid records, bounce backs, unsubscribed recipients are automatically deactivated. Various reports on the status of your subscribers can be extracted for each of your mailing lists.

Using EmailOpen mailing list segmentation functionality, you may also create sub distribution lists based on a set of demographic criteria. Your mailing list segments are automatically updated with each new data load.
